ELEVATION SESSIONS

These interactive sessions (offered via Zoom or phone) are designed to help elevate your consciousness and approach life situations from a higher perspective, thereby enabling you to create new outcomes beyond the original circumstances.  

It’s impossible to change a situation from the same level of consciousness and energy from which it was first created.  By raising both the energetic frequency and level of creativity, new possibilities and outcomes can emerge.

Sessions include creative exploration, problem-solving and energy clearing as needed. 

We use the breath, sound and intuitively guided processes to clear energetic blockages, outdated belief systems and legacy ways of being that block access to our higher selves and new possibilities.
